Why Arts Below Sunrise?

"Arts Below Sunrise" is a fundraising event to benefit the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Schools Endowment Fund (HWPSEF) in cooperation with the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library, Hewlett-Woodmere Business Association, School District 14, Five Towns Community Chest and other community organizations. The fourth annual Arts Below Sunrise event will be held on Sunday September 27th, 2015 along Broadway in Hewlett and Woodmere [Broadway will be closed for the day between the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library and Irving Place]. Our goal is to have "Arts Below Sunrise" a yearly art and music street festival that draws fans from all over Long Island and our neighboring communities, a true "South Shore" cultural destination event!
